“When my tenants called with an intermittent hot water problem on the boiler, British gas advised installing a new boiler at the cost of £2500 plus. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion. Philip Campbell from Stable Heating Ltd. diagnosed the problem and had a new part ordered and installed in a matter of days. He kept me informed and was happy to return to the property a number of times to fix a small leak etc. Phil was interested in solving the actual problem and not just pushing for an expensive new system when the old one was still repairable. “Phil did an amazing job of a very difficult hob installation. Routing for the pipe work was really tight (behind an unconventional, large sized built under oven) but his obvious skill made it possible. He bent over backwards to fit my job in due to the fact the work top delivery was delayed (thanks Wickes) and had a deadline due to selling the house. Phil is also a really nice bloke who I have no doubt would quickly put people’s minds at ease if they were nervous about having a 'stranger' in their house. I absolutely recommend him.”

We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please contact via email pcampbell@stableheatingservices.co.uk, with a clear detailed description of your complaint. We aim to respond to complaints within 7 working days.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
